Your purchase comes with our 2 Year Glow Assurance Warranty because we stand by our tech.

1. Coverage
● All Glow Gadgets products come with a 2-year limited technical warranty.
● Warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions like:
1) Charging issues
2) Power failures
3) Bluetooth connectivity problems (for speakers)

2. Exclusions
● Physical damage, water damage, wear & tear, or damage due to mishandling is not covered.
● Customized products are not covered under warranty.

3. How to Claim
● Email us at support@glowgadgets.in with:
1) Order ID
2) Issue description
3) Product photos or videos
● Our team will guide you through the assessment and replacement/repair steps.
